RAM stands for Random Access Memory while ROM means Read Only Memory.
RAM means Random Access Memory and ROM means Read-Only Memory. RAM is a volatile memory that temporarily stores the files you are working on. On the other hand, ROM is a non-volatile memory that permanently stores instructions for your computer.
